The best ideas and feedback always come from our loyal OCG community members, and we try our best to implement what we can.

If there was one suggestion we could single out from them all, it is to reduce shipping time (we are working on it, believe me!), and to make the returns process quicker and cheaper.

Well, today we are pleased to announce the start of a three-month-long trial of FREE exchanges for US and Australian customers.

USA Based Returns

Now, if you are in the US, you can send your item back for a free exchange to our US-based address via regular USPS post:

On receiving the item, we will arrange your new item, and refund up to $10 from your original order to cover the cost of local postage.

We have trialled this program in Australia for the past three months with success, and now we can finally offer it to our USA based customers as well.

What About Elsewhere?

Are you in Canada, New Zealand, Europe or other parts of the world. You can now choose which of our two return address you want to ship to (USA or Australia) to ensure you return cost is as low as possible.

We will refund up to $10 of the shipping cost as well, and we hope to extend this program to Europe in the coming months, so watch this space.

Returns

Just want to return an item and live in North America?

Well, that got cheaper too. You no longer have to ship it back to us here in Australia, instead just return it to our USA address and we will issue the refund on inspection of the item.

Thanks to all those who offered suggestions on how to make the exchange process easier, and we will continue to work on ways to make it even easier in the future (yes, shipping labels is on the agenda soon).
